My neighbor loves her yorkies, and they keep her in good company. She trains them daily. My neighbor?s Yorkies often are entered into championship competitions.

Your dog may begin to pay little to no attention to hurrying feet or other bounding dogs. However, teacup yorkshire terriers are intelligent dogs.

Training Yorkshire terriers should not be difficult. Not only are they smart, but yorkies’ size makes training easier as well.

Yorkshire terriers will allow you to train them to a variety of different behaviors. Their favorite will most likely be games, like teaching the Yorkie to sit or heel, before giving the Yorkie a treat.

An untrained dog who barks excessively may be experiencing fear. Such a dog has allowed its nerves to get the better of it. Such a dog is a sad site to see, as dogs who are untrained fear more. If you would like to help your dog feel less fear, train him. He will feel more courageous and ready to take on the world.

If your dog barks incessantly, even after listening to barking, shut thy ears and go on compelling the dog to do what you want. Praise and stroke your dog in an encouraging manner all the time.

How does an owner teach a yorkie to stop barking or start barking? Teach a dog to bark by getting someone to bang on the door, whereupon you rush towards it with tremendous excitement, ‘barking’ yourself and getting terrifically worked up. Dogs love this fun game.
